clap-verbosity-flag for log

Easily add a --verbose flag to CLIs using Clap

Examples

use clap::Parser;

By default, it'll only report errors.

• -q silences output
• -v show warnings
• -vv show info
• -vvv show debug
• -vvvv show trace
